St. Anton am Arlberg

St. Anton am Arlberg is a municipality in the Tyrolean Alps in the Austrian Alps. It is known for its proximity to the Arlberg ski area and is often called “the cradle of alpine skiing” because it is the place where this sport was born. The St. Museum Anton am Arlberg, housed in a traditional chalet, traces the local ski history. Through the ski lift and cable cars you can access the slopes of Valluga and Rendl, while from the village there is a network of mountain trails.
